A journal, water, and any sacred tools you feel called to. For Reiki, wear something comfortable. Most importantly—come with an open heart.

Every session is different. Reiki sessions focus on energetic realignment and restoration. Oracle sessions bring through intuitive messages and spiritual guidance.

It’s possible. Energetic work can activate release and healing. I recommend staying hydrated, resting, and integrating through journaling and reflection.

I require 48 hours notice to reschedule. Booking fees are non-refundable, but transferable with proper notice.

There’s a 10-minute grace period. After that, your session may be shortened or marked as a no-show.

No. All sessions are private 1:1 spaces to protect the energetic field. Group energy shifts the work, so please come alone unless otherwise noted for events.

You’re welcome to take notes or voice record for personal use. Please ask before recording live calls.

Yes—but only if they are open and willing. All sessions require mutual consent and spiritual readiness.
