Sacred Transitions

Spiritual support through death, transition, grief & beyond.

Spiritual care through death, grief, transition, and remembrance.

Sacred Transitions offers compassionate spiritual and energetic support for individuals approaching the end of life, loved ones walking beside them, and those learning how to live after loss.

This work may include Reiki, grounding, ritual, intuitive support, remembrance, reflection, and gentle space to process what is present.

I hold particular space for sudden and unexpected loss, including circumstances where grief may be accompanied by shock, unanswered questions, complicated emotions, or a need to reconnect spiritually with the person who has passed.

When intuitive impressions or the presence of spirit naturally arise during our time together, I share what I genuinely perceive with care and integrity. Spirit communication is never forced or guaranteed.

Sacred Transitions is not about rushing grief, finding the perfect words, or trying to make meaning before you are ready.

It is a space to be supported through one of life’s deepest thresholds.

Who This Is For

This work may be supportive if you are:

  • Approaching the end of life

  • Supporting someone who is dying

  • Navigating hospice alongside a loved one

  • Grieving a recent loss

  • Processing an unexpected death

  • Seeking a spiritual companion during a difficult transition

  • Looking for a gentle, heart-centered approach to grief

Why End-of-Life Support Matters

The end of life is more than a physical transition. It can be an emotional, spiritual, relational, and deeply personal experience for both the person transitioning and the people who love them.

End-of-life support creates space for what may otherwise feel difficult to hold alone — offering compassionate presence, emotional grounding, spiritual care, and intentional support throughout the transition.

There is no single way to move through death, dying, or grief. This work is not about changing the outcome or taking away the emotions that naturally arise. It is about creating a softer, more supported space to move through them — honoring the individual, their loved ones, their beliefs, and the sacredness of the transition.

Areas End-of-Life Support Can Positively Impact

Support for the Whole Transition

Sacred Transitions honors death as an experience that can affect the mind, body, heart, spirit, family, and community.

The intention is not to replace hospice, medical care, therapy, or other professional services, but to offer another layer of compassionate, spiritual, and holistic support alongside them — so that no one has to navigate such a profound transition without care, presence, and space to simply be.

Sacred Transition Offerings

What May Be Included

Every session is different because every person, every family, and every journey is different.

Our time together may include:

Reiki · Ritual · Remembrance · Grounding · Reflection · Presence · Intuition · Meditation · Integration

No two transitions are the same, so no two sessions are meant to look exactly alike. Our time together is shaped around what is present, what feels supportive, and what you and your loved ones are comfortable receiving.

A Note on Spirit Connection

I experience spirit and intuition in ways that may include feeling, seeing, sensing, knowing, emotion, imagery, symbolism, or energetic impressions.

I share only what I genuinely receive.

I cannot guarantee communication with a particular person who has passed, nor can I control what information may or may not arise during a session.

There is never pressure to accept an intuitive message as absolute truth. You are always encouraged to honor your own discernment.

Beyond the Physical

Death asks us to surrender to something we may never fully understand.

There is grief here. There is love here. There may be fear, uncertainty, peace, anger, remembrance, or even things that don’t have words yet. There is no right way to experience any of it.

Sacred Transitions exists to create space for all of it.

To honor the life that was lived.

To hold space before, during, and beyond transition.

To support the loved ones who remain in the physical.

To bring care to the souls whose lives ended suddenly, unexpectedly, or through difficult circumstances.

And to honor what may still need acknowledgment, release, remembrance, or peace after death.

Because I believe our relationship with a soul does not simply disappear when their physical life ends.

Some transitions need witnessing.
Some stories need honoring.
Some souls and the people who love them simply need a safe space to be met where they are.

Frequently Asked Questions

Some transitions cannot be fixed.

They can only be witnessed with love.

Whether you are preparing to say goodbye, learning how to live after loss, or simply searching for someone to sit beside you in one of life’s most sacred moments, you do not have to walk this path alone.

It would be an honor to hold space with you.

Reserving Your Session

Sacred Transitions sessions are intentionally kept limited so I can remain fully present with the individuals and families I support.

Your requested appointment becomes confirmed once the required energy exchange has been received.

For standard sessions, the full energy exchange must be received at least 48 hours before your requested session time.

Custom ceremonies and extended family support require a booking energy exchange, with the remaining balance due no later than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

If you are unsure which offering is most appropriate, you are welcome to schedule a complimentary Sacred Transitions Consultation first.
